Fieldmen Janitorial Services Corporation (FJSC) has grown from a single proprietorship owned and managed by Mrs. Maria de Guzman. From garbage collection contracting and outdoor maintenance in the 60’s, Fieldmen has expanded to its current operations due to its reliable and efficient service to its clients as shown by the number of years it has maintained its contracts.

Ms. Teresa G. Arguelles who has been a director of the company since 1974, assumed presidency of the company in October 1997. She is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications from Maryknoll College. She earned her Professional Degree Course in Pastoral Psychology and completed her Masters Degree in Psychology-Family Counseling at the Loyola School of Theology.

Planning, coordination, execution and control at the operations level is handled by our General Manager Ms. Maria Elisa G. Santos, who has been with the company since 1978. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

In Febuary 1, 2007 FJSC expanded by establishing its 1st branch office at San Fernando City, Pampanga providing Janitorial and Landscaping Services for Pampanga, Ilocos and Baguio clients.

The 2nd Branch Office located at Sta Rosa Laguna was established last May 2, 2009 servicing the Laguna and Cavite clients and the Cebu Branch was started last December 10, 2009.
